Our family got lucky with the Regency for our daughter’s wedding.  Kudos to Terri, Melody, and Angela.  Working with the staff was like working with family members (the fun ones).  They never treated us like just a customer.  It seemed like we were always their VIPs, even though they must have been juggling several different events in their heads at any given time.

The hall is so nice, and unique from other venues.  Very attractive.  And everything went well!

Being a wedding event from a diversified culture, this was not an ordinary function and there were challenges.  But they were met with a smile and by offering accommodating options.  The staff’s patience and willingness to work out everything was noticed and quite appreciated.  Above all, constant communication made all the difference in the world.

The whole event went flawlessly – any behind-the-scenes glitches worked themselves out and all the guests raved for days afterward.  We got so many compliments on how well everything went, from arrangements, to catering, to horse/carriage, etc. What else could we ask for?

We will surely remember the Regency for our next event and spread the word.

I would like to take a moment to commend you and your staff for the exceptional job and superior customer service the Hilton Garden Inn/Regency Conference Center provided at an event our family recently hosted.

From the initial phone conversation with Michelle Jens, to blocking rooms with Terri Stanek, to Alex explaining how to operate the AV equipment, to our attentive and courteous servers Maria, Eduardo, and Krystal under Melody’s supervision, the entire experience was first-rate and helped to make the celebration extremely special for both our dad and all our guests. No detail was overlooked, and every team member was more than willing to assist – whether it was recording the moment of surprise on a camera phone, helping to figure out how to revive the projector from “sleep mode,” or preparing plates for the head table. We would not have been able to pull everything off without your incredible team.

More than a week later, our dad says he thinks about the party daily. That is a testament your team’s dedication and professionalism and the wonderful conference room space. We will, no doubt, come back any time we need to host a formal gathering and refer our friends and colleagues as well.

Ultimately, all we were expecting was a nice location to hold a surprise party for our father’s 70th birthday. We ended up with much more: a memorable, lasting experience he will treasure for the rest of his days. On behalf of my brother and sister-in-law, we cannot thank you enough for helping make it all possible.

“This past Saturday night after much planning and anticipation, Gateway Regional Medical Center held its annual employee awards party.  Thanks to the staff at the Regency Conference Center it was one of our best parties ever!  From the very start working with Angela Dorris planning the layout, to Chef Art planning the menu, to Banquet Manager Melody overseeing logistics and service the night of the event, everything went off without one wrinkle. The staff at the Regency Conference Center are all extremely professional, and worked with me the entire time, even as I made tweaks to the set-up the day before the event. Every time I started a sentence with “Can we do this. . .?”, their response was always “No problem”.  I’m writing this letter the Wednesday after the party, and for three days now as I walk the halls at work staff are still coming up to me raving about the facility, the staff and especially the food.  Fantastic job and we couldn’t be more pleased with your accommodations and venue.”
