The Emma L Wilson King Foundation (a 501 (3) c non-profit) annual gala is a key fund raising event which honors individuals and businesses which have played a significant role in supporting positive change in East St. Louis, IL. Those who work to strengthen the social contract to the community are recognized. At the same time, this event raises funds to support key programs: Education, Community Outreach and the historic Lily Pond Fountain at Jones Park.
