Currently our operating hours to fulfill individual orders are
Monday – Friday  |  11 am – 6 pm

Unless otherwise noted, the Phantom Burger Kitchen is closed Weekends and Major Holiday’s because the Kitchen is typically active preparing food for Events hosted at The Regency.

Have a Craving?

We get it!  We prefer guests plan early for placing their Phantom Burger order because we keep minimal supplies “ready to serve” to minimize waste and guarantee freshness.  However, if you wish to have your order faster (either same day or over the weekend), you may call our Sales Office at (618) 624-9999 or send us a Message via Facebook to inquire if we have fresh ingredients prepared and the ability to fill your order sooner. If not, we can tell you right then when a pickup order could be ready.

Advance Order and Payment is Required

All transactions are via debit/credit card through PayPal (our Online Merchant) and our online order form.  Onsite staff is unable to process payments.

Want Phantom Burger for An Office Lunch or Catered Event? 

Our Online Order System best serves individual orders.  If your placing a large order, for a Private or Corporate event, please arrange your Phantom-Burger order through our Sales Office.

PICKUP Your Order at The Regency Kitchen Door

To get to The Regency Kitchen door, we ask that you go around the Hampton Inn (next door) and follow the signs to the kitchen door.  Minimal parking is available, but ADA accessible!  For the safety of our employees, we request that you wear a mask when entering the building.  Hope to see you soon!
